EDUNIO in automotive
Case study of LMS implementation.
What needed to be resolved?
The automotive sector faces pressure for high quality, safety, efficient production while meeting strict standards (ISO/TS 16949, IATF, OHS, EMS). Companies need not only mandatory training, but also tools for systematic management of competencies, documentation and qualifications across plants and international teams.
Challenges: high number of employees in different locations, diverse training (mandatory, procedural, technical), need to record qualifications and compliance with standards.
Goal: to unify all educational processes, ensure auditability and support employee development in production, development and management.
Implementation – How we proceeded
The implementation of EDUNIO brought digitalization and automation of all educational and support processes:
- Onboarding of new employees: e‑learning, blended learning and video courses for quick integration into production and technical processes.
 - Mandatory training: OHS, PO, EMS, work with chemicals, driver training, ergonomics, environment.
 - Process and quality training: lean, 5S, Six Sigma, IATF/ISO standards.
 - Record of competences and qualifications: automatic monitoring of medical examination dates, certifications, machine operator training, PPE replacement.

Familiarization with documents (DIS lessons): mandatory guidelines, methodologies, process changes – with electronic signing.Education catalog: mandatory and voluntary courses, employees can choose from the company library.Library and internal regulations: central place for instructions, videos, work procedures.Questionnaires and evaluations: collection of feedback from employees, satisfaction surveys, survey workflow.KPI module: employee performance evaluation, tracking team and individual goals.Electronic signing: certificates and statements signed on a PC, mobile phone or tablet.Professional courses and PREVENT library: use of ready‑made courses (OHS, drivers, GDPR, cybersecurity) and production of tailor‑made courses.Integration and SSO: connection with SAP, Workday, OKbase or other HR systems.Mobile applications and microlearning: training directly in the field (e.g. production operators, service teams). Environment customization: custom colors, dashboards, notifications and corporate branding.
