Course content

Online training in accordance with Act No. 171/2023 Coll. on the protection of whistleblowers.

The course will familiarize users with the concept of whistleblowing and related legal regulations ‑ definition of unlawful conduct, rights and obligations in connection with reporting unlawful conduct, procedures for reporting unlawful conduct, etc.

The course is available in two versions:

explanation of the procedure for reporting illegal conduct only through the internal reporting system (VOS)
explanation of the procedures for reporting through both the VOS and the external reporting system (EOS ‑ Ministry of Justice)

The course content can be supplemented with specific information and internal rules for reporting illegal activities (VOS) in a given organization.

The course is available in Czech and English.
